At Isla 21, due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all bikini and swimwear sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchased items unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, color, and style.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at laboyalice41@gmail.com (replace with your email) and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
